中一候補學位申請
申請須知

1. 申請表可於辦公時間內親臨本校校務處索取或按此中一候補學位申請表格下載。
2. 請以中或英文填寫表格並於2026年7月10日下午4時或以前交回本校校務處。
3. 交回本表格時，請連同以下影印本:

(i)     該生之中學派位證

(ii)      該生之小五及小六期終考試成績表

(iii)    中一派位選擇學校表格 (藍色家長存根)

(iv)    該生之領洗紙 (如有)

4. 鑑於來年本校中一學額有限，申請人務請先前往所分派的中學註冊。本校會電話通知合適的申請人進行面試。如於2026年7月31日中午12時仍未獲通知者，可視作落選論。

Application for S.1 Places after the Release of SSPA Results
Notes 

1. The Application Form can be obtained in person from the school general office during office hours, or downloaded here: S.1 Places Application Form.
2. Please complete the Application Form in either Chinese or English and return it to the school office on or before 4:00 p.m. on 10^th July 2026.
3. When returning the Application Form, please provide photocopies of the following:

(i)     The student’s Secondary School Allocation Slip

(ii)      The student’s Primary 5 and Primary 6 final examination report cards

(iii)    The blue parent’s copy of the Secondary One Choice of Schools Form

(iv)    A copy of the Catholic baptism certificate (if applicable)

4. For the benefit of the student, he is strongly advised to first report to his centrally allocated secondary school for registration. In the academic year of 2026/27, we expect to have a limited number of S.1 vacancies. If a vacancy arises, we shall notify eligible candidates by phone to attend an interview. If you do not receive any notification before 12:00 n.n. on 31^st July 2026, you may assume your application is not successful.
